THAI RED CURRY WITH RICE



THAI RED CURRY WITH RICE
 
Made  RED SPICY THAI CURRY WITH RICE  n everyone loved it..




After chinese food THAI is one cuisine that suits  Indian taste as it has garlic,ginger(galangal),red chillies etc..



 INDEGRIENTS
  • boneless chicken 250 gms
  • brocolli chopped in florets 1/4 cup
  • carrot cubes(boiled) 1/4 cup
  • oil 3 tbsps
  • thai red curry paste 2 to 3 tbsps(available in most shops but ASK if u need the recipe,very easy)
  • onions chopped 1/4 cup
  • salt to taste
  • coconut milk 1/2 cup
  • basil leaves 1 or 2 nos (optional)
  • lemon grass oil 1 drop (optional)


Method

Heat oil, add the onions, stir till translucent not brown. add chicken n stir fry. Add thai red curry paste n stir .Add 1/2 cup water n cook till chicken is 3/4 th done.add the carrots n brocolli.Adjust salt n add the coconut milk, let boil n add the basil leaves n lemongrass oil. serve with hot rice.
 
NOTE...
Grass ,basil etc r thai ings but easily available in India. use them if u like their smell n taste. if not this curry is still tasty without these ings.
